Refund and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to see if we can make it right. Most new, unused merchandise (with original unopened packaging when applicable) can be refunded or exchanged with original sales receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns require the original receipt and a valid picture ID.

If the merchandise is opened or used and missing parts or damaged, the manufacturer should be contacted first, as the manufacturer’s warranty would likely cover the issue at no cost to you.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Returns for purchases made with store credit, reward or gift card will be refunded as store credit.
  • Returns for purchases made more than 30 days after the original purchase date require manager’s approval, to be made at the manager’s sole discretion.
  • Returns made without a valid sales receipt may be refunded as store credit at the lowest advertised price, and only if the manager has authorized the return (at the manager’s sole discretion).
  • Cash and store credit purchases exceeding $250.00, when accompanied by the original sales receipt, may be refunded by check sent from the DM Supply Inc. This requires 7 – 10 business days.
  • Special order returns or cancellations must be returned to the same store where the purchase was made and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Merchandise that is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable:

  • Generators, sump pumps, shop vacuums, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, seasonal items, and outdoor power equipment cannot be returned – if defective it may be repaired or exchanged for a new one
  • Gift Cards, store credit, shipping or delivery fees, and abused products are not eligible for return.
  • Custom products are not eligible for return.
  • Custom color interior/exterior paints and exterior stain are not eligible for return. If the color is wrong, this will be addressed by correcting to the appropriate color if possible.
  • Rental Equipment is not refundable.
