Account Deletion Request

We take your privacy seriously. You may use the form below to request deletion of your customer account.

Please include the email address associated with your account so that we can locate and verify your request.

When your request is processed, your customer account will be deactivated and deleted. This means you will no longer be able to log in, access account features, view order history through your account, or use saved account preferences.

Please note that deleting your account does not delete records that we are required or permitted to keep for legitimate business, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes. Because this is a retail store, transaction records, order history, payment records, invoices, fulfillment records, refund records, and related customer service records may be retained. These records may continue to include personal information connected to the original transaction, such as your name, billing/shipping address, email address, phone number, items purchased, payment status, and order details.

Please note that you must complete the cancellation process for any active subscriptions before account deletion can be processed.

We will review your request and process it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our data retention obligations.
